The Silver Birch Award program has been thrilling Ontario children
ages 8 to 11 in grades four to six for twelve years. Besides providing
insight into young people's reading preferences, the Silver Birch Award
introduced voting to give readers proud ownership of the Award.
The Ramara Public Library assists in the program offered at local schools
by adding the books to our collection.
