Library Strategic Plan
With the wonderful leadership of Betty Michaud, a local resident
who volunteered her consulting services, the Ramara Township Public
Library Board is very proud to share our 5-Year Strategic Plan.
This excellent tool will be used as a guide to deliver quality library
service to our community!
The Library Board Trustees feel that our time & dedication
have provided a plan for delivering 21st Century service.
Our Focus
The Ramara Public Library will achieve its vision and mission by focusing on four key areas:
- Service to Patrons (Facility, Programmes)
- Library Development (Collection, Staffing, Technology)
- Communications (Internal/External, Advertising)
- Policies and Procedures
